How I met your mother

I could watch this series (plus Big Bang Theory) over and over again because its such a feel good TV series. It’s all about the friendship of Ted, Robin, Lily, Marshall and Barney. To add up it’s about the journey of Ted Mosby of finding or meeting the mother ~ which I came to understand after the series ended. Though yes Ted met the mother (the girl with the yellow umbrella) but the real love of his life is Robin.

Plus I feel like I’m Ted! LOL πŸ™‚

Day 30: Write a letter to your future mate saying whatever you want to say

It took me a while to compose my thoughts on what I want to say. Maybe because I can’t still your presence yet at this point of my life or maybe I feel like we’re both far from that moment where we’ll meet eye to eye.

But know this, I’ve been waiting for you, for our moment, for our love, for our forever. If we had met earlier, we wouldn’t be our best selves now. We wouldn’t learn that saying “I love you” to a person are not just words but a promise that you’ll accept and love everything about that person, that you’ll stand by their side through good and bad times, that you’ll support and motivate all their aspirations in life, that you’ll go try new experiences together, and that you’ll always choose that person over and over again everyday. I had love and lost but I still believe in love and I still believe in you. I know that you are everything or far more than I ever dream of. I’m so excited to meet you, to know you and share everything with you. I hope you are, too! πŸ™‚

For now, let’s live our life and enjoy singlehood at its best. In time, God will make it all happen for the both of us.

Day 28: Describe a moment when you made a big, bold move. In any area of your life.

Probably the biggestΒ move I’ve made in my life is my onshore stint in the land down under (Australia). I was forced out of my comfort zone then because I dealt with new people and new place. It was both frightening and exciting at the same time. I was lucky to have a great friend with me because he helped me to not only got through our work there but also what I am dealing back then. We traveled, we watched tennis, we went to the gym, we cooked, we went to the market, we went to the zoo to see live kangaroos (but they are walking not hopping!), in short it was my most unforgettable travel so far. Ever since then, going back to Melbourne has been on my bucket list. It sure is one of the most liveable and friendliest place in the world. Hoping to call it my 2nd home soon! πŸ™‚

Ride old trains for free!
First time to watched a real tennis game. I think it was Victoria Azarenka playing then

My first tennis ball!

Artworks are everywhere here in Melbourne. Lots of artists!
Platform 9 3/4? Nah! Its Flinders station
Happy Australia Day!

Hey there sleepy head! Cute Koala πŸ™‚

Didn’t even saw a joey and they didn’t even hopped! 😦 But still happy to see kangaroos

Day 27: Talk about something that you really, really, really love about yourself

Well, I love everything about me! πŸ™‚ But the thing I love most about myself is how I always see things in a different way positively. Though life is sometimes a struggle but I always try to see the greener side of the road. I share this positivity to others as well so that they won’t feel down that much and just look at the other side of the coin. Its all in the mind. Things do happen for a reason after all.
